Cancellation Policy

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you may cancel your contract with AxleCredit for any reason, without penalty or obligation, within 3 business days from the date you sign it. You receive a separate Notice of Cancellation form with your contract that you can use for this.

You can stop service at any time by contacting us. Your service agreement explains how cancellation works after the first 3 business days, including what happens to work already in progress.

Contact us by phone or text at (305) 417-9320, or by email at info@axlecredit.com, or send us the signed Notice of Cancellation form you received with your contract. Please include your full name so we can find your account. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
