Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Axle Platforms LLC, doing business as AxleCredit ("AxleCredit," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit axlecredit.com, contact us, or become a client. If you have questions, contact us by phone or text at (305) 417-9320, or by email at info@axlecredit.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and email address, the goal you select if you choose one, and the language you're using on our site.

Information clients provide. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to provide the services you agree to, which can include identification documents, proof of address, your credit reports, and letters or statements about the accounts you want reviewed. We collect only what the work requires.

Information collected automatically. Our website stores what it needs to work, such as your language choice. We also use the Meta Pixel on our website and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram are doing and to show our ads to people who are likely to be interested.

What Meta receives: the pages you visit on our site; that you submitted a form or booked a call; your IP address and browser type; Meta's own cookies; and your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form. Meta may connect this information to your Meta account.

What Meta never receives: we never share your credit information, your answers to our form questions, or anything about your credit with Meta.

How to opt out: in your Facebook or Instagram account, go to Settings, then Ad preferences, to control the ads Meta shows you. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser, and use your browser's "Do Not Track" or other privacy settings to limit tracking.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations; provide, manage, and document the services you sign up for; communicate with you by phone, text message, WhatsApp, and email; send monthly progress updates to clients; meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including credit repair laws; protect against fraud and misuse; measure our advertising and show our ads to people likely to be interested; and improve our website and services.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only as needed to run our business and serve you: with service providers that work on our behalf (such as website hosting, scheduling and customer-relationship software, phone, text and WhatsApp messaging services (WhatsApp is operated by Meta), email, and credit repair case-management software), who may use it only to provide their services to us; with Meta, as our advertising partner, only the limited information described above under "Information collected automatically" and never your credit information; with credit bureaus and the companies that report information about you, when you authorize us to submit disputes or requests on your behalf; and when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law. For example, federal law requires credit repair organizations to keep certain client records for at least two years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we limit access to client documents to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
WhatsApp: reply STOP to any WhatsApp message to stop receiving them.
Calls and email: tell us you no longer want to be contacted, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Cookies and ads: you can clear or block cookies in your browser, use your browser's privacy settings, and control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram account under Settings, then Ad preferences.
Access and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by phone or text at (305) 417-9320, or by email at info@axlecredit.com. We may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations.

Data deletion

We use Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Threads) only to publish AxleCredit's own posts to our own accounts. We don't offer Facebook, Instagram or Threads login on our website, and we don't collect information about you through those connections. The only data we keep from them are the access keys for our own accounts, and we delete them when we disconnect an account.

If you believe we hold information about you from Facebook, Instagram or Threads, or you want us to delete any of your personal information, contact us by phone or text at (305) 417-9320, or by email at info@axlecredit.com. We will delete it, except for anything we must keep by law, and confirm when it's done. You can also remove any app's access to your Facebook account in Facebook under Settings, then Apps and websites.

Children

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
